What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker, specifically within Children in Need or Child Protection settings.
Current and valid Social Work England registration.
A strong understanding of relevant legislation and statutory guidance, with proven ability to undertake complex assessments, formulate robust plans, and manage risk effectively.
A compassionate and child-centred approach, with excellent communication skills to engage with children, families, and partner agencies.
