While formal qualifications are not mandatory, a passion for supporting children to reach their full potential is essential. Experience in personal care is desirable but training will be provided..
What we offer- Salary: £27,000 + sleep-in allowance
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)

Our client is a well-established children's residential care provider dedicated to creating a nurturing and supportive home environment for children with autism and learning disabilities. They are committed to providing high-quality care and are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join their team in a four-bed home. The home operates with a family-focused approach, emphasizing a warm and engaging atmosphere.
Important Notes:
- Right to Work in the UK, we do not offer sponsorships
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential due to the location.
- Shift pattern: 07:30 am - 11 pm, with sleep-ins and a rotating weekend schedule (every third weekend off).
- Applicants must be able to commute to Withernsea, East Riding of Yorkshire (approximately 30 minutes from Hull).
P.S. This role mandates a minimum of 36.5 hours per week. Therefore, we're unable to accept applications from individuals with a Skilled Worker visa, as the visa requirements may conflict with these hours.
