e towards young people, their families, staff, social workers, visitors, and relevant parties.
Supporting and encouraging young people to participate in household chores, as well as performing assigned staff duties.
Assisting in the preparation and serving of meals and beverages while promoting a healthy and balanced diet.
Performing domestic duties as requested or required, and staying informed of care plans and essential updates.
Adhering to a duty of care and safe working practices for oneself, young people, and other staff members
Immediately reporting any clinical incidents, accidents, near misses, or infectious illnesses
Operating company vehicles for trips and errands while ensuring safe driving practices
Accurately and promptly completing written and typed records, forms, and reports.
Engaging in social activities within and outside of the placement, interacting with young people, and facilitating meaningful activities and interests.
Escorting and supervising young people during social outings and trips.
Acting as a named Key Worker for designated young people, assisting senior and trained staff in providing care.
Monitoring and observing young people who may be distressed or exhibiting challenging behaviour, and reporting any changes.

Diploma level 3 (or working towards it)
A full driving licence, and being 21 years or over.
The position involves a 24-hour rota system, including evenings and weekends, with 28 days of annual leave.
