About the Role
In this deeply rewarding position, you will be working within structured, nurturing residential environments designed for children and young people navigating complex needs and challenging behaviours. Your day-to-day impact will involve:
Creating Stability: Cultivating a safe, warm, and supportive atmosphere where young people can thrive.
Skill Development: Guiding residents through daily routines and helping them build essential life skills.
Behavioural Support: Managing complex and challenging behaviours using a calm, professional, and de-escalating approach.
Care Delivery: Implementing bespoke care plans and ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and welfare.

Crucial Requirements
Experience: You must have proven experience supporting children and young people with complex needs/challenging behaviours within a formal residential care setting.
Mobility: Due to the rural locations of several homes, a full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle is mandatory.
