Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for a stable, consistent role where you can make a genuine difference? We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide 1-to-1 support for a vulnerable young person currently awaiting a fostering placement.
The Role
This is a critical placement requiring a high level of reliability and emotional intelligence. You will be providing stability and support during a transitional period in a young person's life.
- Contract: Ongoing / Foreseeable future.
- Hours: Strictly 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Stability: This role offers a fixed, predictable routine-please note there is no flexibility with these hours.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record working with vulnerable children or young people.
- Transport: Must hold a full UK Driving License and have access to a reliable vehicle.
- Insurance: Must be willing and insured to carry a passenger.
- Availability: Must be able to start immediately and commit to the schedule long-term.
- DBS: An enhanced DBS check (Child Workforce) is essential.
