About the Role
Join an award-winning specialist school dedicated to providing life-altering education for students with complex Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We are seeking a Classroom Support Assistant to join a multidisciplinary team of therapists and educators.
In this role, you won't just be "supervising"-you will be an active part of a holistic care and education team, working alongside Speech & Language Therapists and Physiotherapists to deliver a creative, personalised curriculum to students aged 2-19 years.
This role is classroom based supporting learners on a 1:1 and small group basis with there education and general well being.

Your Responsibilities:
Individualised Support: Working 1:1 or in small groups to help students engage with a bespoke curriculum.
Holistic Care: Assisting with physical disabilities, communication challenges, and complex learning needs.
Empowerment: Encouraging students to develop essential life skills, confidence, and independence.
Collaboration: Contributing to the planning and delivery of inclusive lessons alongside the Class Teacher.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in childcare, care, or school support (SEND experience is a bonus, but not essential).
Education: GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or equivalent).
Attributes: A patient, proactive, and "team-player" mindset.
Right to Work: Must have valid eligibility to work in the UK.
