Role - Compensation & Benefits Manager
Pay - £230 - £270 Per day
Location- Holcim, Bardon Hill, Coalville LE67 1TD (4 days in the office, 1 WFH)
Shift pattern- Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, 08:30-17:00 (1 hour unpaid break daily)
Duration- 3 months
Start date - Nov
Responsibilities:
- Lead annual pay reviews
- Ongoing checks and uploads of reports
- Check & Prepare calculations
- Salary bench marking
- Lead annual bonus reviews
Experience needed
- 5 years minimum working in reward or compensation & benefits
- Someone who is willing to play a hands on role
- Advanced level of Excel skills (Looks up, pivot tables)
- Ability to complete data analysis & present findings
- Working knowledge of KornFerry Hay job evaluation & bench marking (desirable)
