Role Purpose
Vegner Group a UK-based residential property and estate management group headquartered in Richmond. Founded in 1991, the company provides block and estate management, building surveying, service charge accounting, and back-office support services to residential developments and managing agents across the UK. Primary Responsibilities
... - DSAR (Data Subject Access Requests): Manage the end-to-end DSAR process, ensuring requests are handled accurately and within statutory timeframes.
- Data protection: Coordinate and manage reported personal data breaches, including logging, investigation support, escalation where required, and tracking corrective actions to ensure ongoing compliance with GDPR. Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day GDPR queries.
- Policy and process management: Maintain and administer data protection and privacy policies and related procedures, including version control, document management, scheduling reviews, and coordinating stakeholder input, approvals, and publication.
- AML compliance support: Provide administrative support for ID&V and ongoing sanctions screening/monitoring, working with relevant teams to ensure checks are completed and evidenced appropriately.
- Client ICO registration service: Assist in the ICO registration process working alongside the Legal Administration team.
- Reporting: Produce agreed monthly reporting across DSARs, data breaches, policy activity, AML checks/monitoring, and ICO registrations, including status, volumes, timeliness, and key actions/risks.
