Our leading property management group is seeking a professional and motivated Compliance Administrator to join the Business Administration division in Richmond. Working full time, you will play a key role in managing data protection processes and supporting AML compliance across a network managing over 100,000 residential units.
Duties Include:
- Manage the end-to-end DSAR process to ensure requests are handled accurately and within statutory timeframes.
- Coordinate personal data breaches, including logging, investigation support, and tracking corrective actions to ensure GDPR compliance.
- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day GDPR queries within the group.
- Maintain and administer data protection policies, manage version control, and coordinate stakeholder approvals.
- Provide AML compliance support through ID&V administration and ongoing sanctions screening.
- Assisting with the ICO registration process in collaboration with the Legal Administration team.
- Producing monthly reporting on data breaches, AML checks, and policy activity to highlight key risks and status.
Experience Needed:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex requirements to various stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and the analytical thinking required to assess risk and interpret rules.
- Integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive data and issues.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills to manage workloads and competing priorities.
- Confidence in dealing with non-compliance, including the ability to challenge and drive corrective actions tactfully.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
