Are you a detail-oriented engineer looking to make a direct impact on real-world machinery? We are seeking a Configuration Support Engineer to join our technical team within the Building Construction Products Division.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing current and new product configurations, maintaining engineering master models, and handling machine bills of material (BOM). This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate across global regions (including the UK, USA, India, and Brazil), working on both current production and exciting New Product Introductions (NPI).

What You Will Do
Manage Engineering Changes: Review engineering change data and documentation to ensure strict compliance with change management policies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate design changes seamlessly with product development groups, sales, marketing, supply chain, and manufacturing operations.

Documentation & Modeling: Prepare essential configuration documentation required to support product development and maintain master models.

Process Improvement: Support machine product groups within corporate engineering systems and contribute to ongoing process improvement projects.

What We Are Looking For
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in an engineering support role. Experience within Off-Highway, Automotive, Aerospace, Rail, or a similar manufacturing domain is highly valued.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with PTC Creo (3D CAD software) and Teamcenter Engineering (data management system).

Core Skills: * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate conflicting timelines using basic project management skills.

Strong analytical thinking and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a mindset geared toward working effectively within diverse, global teams.

Education: A relevant engineering degree is desirable, though equivalent hands-on experience will be highly considered.

Preferred (But Not Essential)
Prior engineering experience specifically within a mobile construction equipment manufacturing environment.
