Position: Asbestos Consultant (Surveying & Analysis)

Location: Home Counties and London & within the M25
Day Rate: £240 - £260 p/d
Contract Terms: 3 - 6 months

The Role:
You will be engaged in high-profile projects across the Home Counties, London and the South East. The primary focus will be on conducting Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) surveys on a diverse portfolio of commercial buildings, using a provided PDA to ensure UKAS compliance.
For consultants who also hold analytical qualifications (P403/P404), there is a significant amount of air monitoring and testing work available on the same high-quality local sites.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must hold BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent) as a minimum.
- P403 & P404 qualifications are highly advantageous.
- Proven experience conducting R&D surveys within the commercial property sector.
- A minimum of 6 months' post-qualification experience is required.
- A professional, reliable, and motivated approach to your work.
