Are you an experienced construction professional with a passion for passing on your trade secrets to the next generation?
We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Construction Tutor to join our team in Durham. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the careers of T-Level students, balancing hands-on practical site training with essential classroom theory. It will be working on a construction site in Durham.

Key Responsibilities:
- Practical Training: Deliver high-quality, hands-on practical tutoring to T-Level students live on-site.
- Theory Support: Assist students with the theoretical and academic elements of their construction curriculum.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to help students meet industry standards.
- Safety First: Ensure all practical on-site activities comply strictly with health and safety regulations.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Industry Expertise: Strong, proven experience and deep knowledge within the construction sector.
- Teaching/Tutoring Passion: Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or assessing is highly desirable (especially with T-Levels or young adults).
- Communication Skills: The ability to break down complex practical skills and theoretical concepts into easy-to-understand lessons.
- Availability: Ready to hit the ground running with an ASAP start.
