Position: Contract Asbestos Surveyor
Location Focus: Various Boroughs in South London

Daily Rate: £230 - £240 p/d + expenses

Randstad is currently partnering with a highly-regarded, long-standing client to recruit experienced Asbestos Surveyors for contract engagements across the South and South East London areas. We are looking for dedicated professionals to join their team. This presents an excellent prospect to contribute to a range of projects within the South London region, benefiting from a competitive daily remuneration and the assurance of a continuous contract projected to run well into the latter half of 2025 and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
You will undertake a full spectrum of asbestos surveying tasks, including but not limited to:
- Conducting Management Surveys.
- Carrying out Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys.
- Performing necessary Re-inspections.
- Surveying communal areas within properties.
About You:
- You possess a demonstrable history as an Asbestos Surveyor, with at least two years of relevant field experience.
- You hold current and recognised qualifications/certifications (e.g., BOHS P402, RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos Surveying, or equivalent UKATA certifications).
- Your expertise covers all facets of asbestos surveying, inclusive of thorough asbestos sampling and preliminary analysis.
- You exhibit strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- You are exceptionally well-organised, attentive to detail, and adept at working both autonomously and as a constructive team member.
- A strong commitment to safety protocols and the delivery of high-standard services is essential.
