We are recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of three high-value operational contracts, each valued at approximately £12m per annum. The role covers a mixed portfolio of drainage, vegetation management, and fencing works across a large, long-term framework.
This is a full-time, office-based position in East London, with responsibility for overseeing day-to-day operational, commercial, and contractual performance.
You will take full ownership of health & safety compliance, commercial control, programme delivery, and client relationships, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience managing multiple large-scale infrastructure or highways contracts
Strong commercial and operational leadership skills
Ability to manage clients, supply chain partners, and internal teams
Experience within drainage, vegetation, fencing, or similar asset maintenance environments preferred
A senior opportunity within a stable, long-term infrastructure services operation.
