Chelmsford
Are you a confident, articulate individual with the presence to lead a classroom in Essex's bustling county city?

- Behaviour Management: Maintain a high standard of student conduct by implementing school-specific policies with a firm, fair, and consistent approach.
- Instructional Support: Guide students through their tasks, answering questions and clarifying learning objectives to ensure they make progress.
- Versatile Delivery: Support a wide range of subjects-from English and Humanities to Science and PE-adapting your style to suit each unique classroom environment.
- Professional Handover: Complete accurate registers and provide constructive feedback for the returning teacher, ensuring continuity in the students' education.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Confidence & Authority: The ability to command a room and project a professional, approachable, and authoritative presence.
- Adaptability: A "can-do" attitude and the resilience to thrive in different school settings across Chelmsford, Great Baddow, and Springfield.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills to deliver instructions clearly and build immediate rapport with students and staff.
- Transferable Experience: Prior experience working with young people (e.g., through coaching, youth work, tutoring, or university placements) is highly beneficial.
- Compliance: An enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to process a new one via Randstad).
