Your Role: What to Expect
As a Cover Supervisor, every day brings fresh opportunities. You will maintain continuity and structure in the classroom by:
- Delivering structured lessons provided by absent teaching staff.
- Keeping students engaged, active, and focused on their learning goals.
- Managing class dynamic effectively, upholding school behavior protocols.
- Assisting with lunch and break supervision as required.
- Upholding student welfare and escalating any safeguarding matters to the SENCO.
What You Bring to the Role
If you bring enthusiasm and a proactive mindset, we want to connect with you! We are looking for:
- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in education, sports coaching, or youth-focused environments (strongly preferred).
- An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or readiness to process one).
- EWC registration.
