Job Vacancy: Blue CSCS Carded Carpenters (Fire Door Specialists)

Pay Rate: £24.00 - £26.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

About the Role
We are looking for experienced Blue CSCS Carpenters for ongoing, long-term contracts across sites in London, Surrey, Berkshire, and Hampshire. The role will cover general site carpentry alongside specialised installation and maintenance work. Proven experience working with Fire Doors is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Fire door installation, upgrading, and maintenance to strict compliance standards (Essential).
- Carrying out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry work across mobile site locations.
- Timber framing, door hanging, skirtings, architraves, and ironmongery fitting.
- Working efficiently from technical drawings with strong attention to detail.
- Maintaining high health and safety standards on site at all times.
Mandatory Requirements
- Fire Door Experience: Essential experience in fitting, inspecting, or upgrading certified fire door sets.
- Blue CSCS Card: Skilled Worker (NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry & Joinery).
- Own Vehicle: Required for travelling across multi-site project locations.
- Own Tools: Full set of 1st & 2nd fix tools (including router, jigs, and cordless kit).
- Location: Ideally based between Surrey and Berkshire for convenient access to site network.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
