You'll be at the heart of the operation - supporting customers, processing orders, managing billing, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly. No two days are the same, and your contribution will be genuinely valued.
What You'll Be Doing
- Being the friendly first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and occasionally in person
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing invoices, proformas, and credit notes with confidence
- Managing customer accounts, pricing updates, and usage records
- Resolving billing queries and customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Taking customer payments securely (cash and card)
- Supporting daily banking and transaction reconciliation
- Working closely with sales and operations teams to deliver outstanding service
- Spotting opportunities to add value and pass leads to the sales team
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and agents
- Making proactive outbound calls to offer support and resolve issues
- Keeping systems and stock records accurate and up to date
- Escalating complex issues and seeing them through to resolution
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in customer service or administration
- Confident, clear communication skills and a positive attitude
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Experience with invoicing, billing, or order processing (a bonus)
- Confidence handling payments and using internal systems
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- A full, clean UK manual driving licence (occasional local travel required)
