A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical assistance across the organization. This position will involve handling all aspects of end-user computing, from hardware and software troubleshooting to user account management and application support, ensuring seamless operations for employees nationwide.
Essential Skills:
Proven experience providing technical support for Windows 11 environments.
Hands-on hardware support experience, including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
Strong skills in Active Directory for user account management and support.
Proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
Experience providing dedicated support for financial applications.
Demonstrated ability to deliver effective remote support to users nationwide.
