A top-tier financial institution is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst with a background in providing VIP Support. You'll join a small, dynamic, and growing team where every member shares a genuine passion and high energy for IT infrastructure and technology within a corporate environment.
The main focus of this role is to provide expert-level IT support and ensure efficient service management within the Service Desk team. You will lead IT support efforts by acting as the main escalation point for complex hardware, software, and network issues. You'll ensure the team's Service Desk runs with maximum efficiency, consistently meeting key service goals.
This senior role requires you to mentor junior staff, maintain our knowledge base, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to reduce recurring problems.
The successful candidate should have the following skills
- Extensive experience with Jira Service Desk
- Prior experience of providing VIP IT Support to senior leaders
- Deep knowledge of Windows Server environments, including administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience in IT Service Desk support, adhering to defined processes and SLAs.
Central London | 5 days a week onsite | £35,000 to £40,000
