Position Summary:
The Development Finance Process Manager assists the Head of New Business & Delivery on
all aspects of funding within the Development team. They will work closely with the Finance
department in relation to funding approvals and ensure new development opportunities are
financially viable.

● Suitable candidates will have a relevant third level qualification in Finance, Economics or other related discipline.
● You will lead on all aspects of funding within the Development team, including cashflow preparations, funding applications, reviewing funding approvals, reconciliations, and ensuring approval from the Finance department.
● Work closely with the Finance department in relation to funding approvals, invoice requests, reconciliation of payment and drawdown trackers, and liaise with external stakeholders as required.
● Review budgets and development pipelines to ensure accuracy of all financial data, and ensure financial stability of parties that are entering into contract with.
● Pre-empt and action the financial impact of any interest rate change on current and future pipeline.
● Ensure compliance to finance related P&Ps
● Keep abreast on current affairs within the sector including providing summarized updates on all financial data published by other Approved Housing Bodies and the Land Development Agency
● Obtain consultants' conditions of engagement supporting documents
● Set up new suppliers with finance team for new design teams and contractors
● Monitor design team payments making sure they align with their conditions of engagement.
● Compile quotations for other professional services as and when required.
● Compile post-handover documents for recoupment of remaining funding.
Requirements:
● At least 3-5 years' experience within a similar role.
● Good understanding of cashflows
● Excellent skills in MS Office.
● Knowledge of development, construction, negotiation, and legal conveyance process.
● Understanding of and experience of working with partners and relationship management.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
● Good organisational and time-management skills.
● To participate on forums/working groups/committees as required
