Job Title: Diagnostics Specialist / Healthcare Support Specialist
Location: Burgess Hill (Hybrid: 2-3 Days On-Site per Week)
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Inside IR35)
Work Pattern: Full-Time | 37.5 Hours per Week
Pay Rates:
- Umbrella: £305.93 - £331.10 / day
- PAYE Basic: £231.00 - £250.00 / day (+ Holiday Pay)
- Notice Period: 1 Month
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Healthcare / Diagnostics Specialist to join a global leader in medical diagnostics based in Burgess Hill. This 12-month contract position offers an exceptional opportunity to support critical healthcare operations, diagnostic solutions, and customer service delivery.
This role operates on a flexible hybrid working model, requiring 2 to 3 days per week on-site at the Burgess Hill office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational, technical, or administrative support within a fast-paced medical diagnostics environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and commercial units to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, documentation control, and regulatory compliance across assigned diagnostics workflows.
- Support ongoing projects and operational improvements within the UK diagnostics division.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Ideally up to 3 years of hands-on experience within healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or a related regulated industry.
- Location & On-Site Attendance: Able to commute to the Burgess Hill office a minimum of 2-3 days per week.
- Notice Period: Available to start on no longer than 1 month's notice.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
