My client are recruiting for a Digital Strategy Lead to take ownership of technology delivery across multiple service contracts. This role is all about identifying where digital innovation can make a difference and leading those ideas from concept to implementation.

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as the go-between for business operations and digital teams

• Supporting regional delivery teams with smarter ways of working

• Promoting best practices in data use, automation, and modern platforms

• Advising on new tech to improve processes and efficiency

• Leading discovery, design, and delivery phases for new digital initiatives

• Influencing long-term tech planning across business units

Key skills:

• Proven track record in digital transformation or tech business partnering
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, projects, and priorities
• Confident with tools like Microsoft 365, Azure, and BI platforms
• Able to guide internal teams on digital improvements and adoption
• Strong communication and problem-solving mindset
• Full UK driving licence required

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of field service or highways environments

• Familiarity with GIS, ERP, or asset management software

• Exposure to structured IT governance frameworks (e.g. ITIL)

• SC clearance (or eligible for clearance)
