About the Role
We are seeking a highly efficient, immediately available Document Controller to join our team in White City. The project is currently entering its final stages, and we need a sharp, focused professional to help us drive it across the finish line.
This is a fast-paced, urgent requirement focused on clearing a backlog of project variations and managing critical drawing status updates.
Key Responsibilities
Drawing Management: Manage, track, and update drawing statuses, ensuring all revisions are accurately recorded and distributed.
Variations & Close-out: Efficiently process and log project variations and final hand-over documentation.
EDMS Quality Control: Maintain the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), ensuring all QA/QC procedures are strictly followed.
Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Subcontractors to resolve documentation queries swiftly.
What We Are Looking For
Immediate Availability: You must be able to interview and start work this week.
Proven Experience: Solid background as a Document Controller within the construction or engineering sectors.
Technical Skills: Proficient with major EDMS platforms (e.g., Asite, Aconex, Viewpoint, Procore).
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of handling complex drawing packages and variation logs during project close-out phases.
