The Role:
Are you a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor looking for a fast-paced, high-volume project where you can truly maximize your earnings over the summer?
We are partnering with a highly respected environmental consultancy to find three dedicated EPC Assessors to assist with a major, fast-turnaround contract in the Plymouth area.
My client has recently secured a significant contract and has a tight deadline to clear a backlog of approximately 500 EPC assessments between now and the end of July. This is a "go, go, go" project that is perfect for hard-working subcontractors who want to take on as many assessments as they can comfortably handle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting high-volume Domestic Energy Assessments (EPCs) on properties across the Plymouth region.
- Managing your own diary and booking in assessments efficiently to help the client hit their strict project deadlines.
- Recording accurate property data and ensuring the timely, compliant lodgement of all reports.
About You:
- You must be a fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).
- You are a highly motivated surveyor who thrives in a fast-paced environment where your take-home pay is directly linked to the volume of assessments you complete.
- You must provide your own reliable transportation and all necessary equipment to conduct the assessments independently.
- You must have the capacity to start immediately and commit to helping clear this specific workload by the end of July.
