About the Role:
Inspire theatrical talent and build confidence at a welcoming secondary school in the Frinton-on-Sea area. As a Drama specialist, you will manage an active performance space requiring assertive, firm behaviour management to maintain structure, safety, and focus during practical sessions. You will also adapt performance activities and scripts to accommodate learners with SEN, ensuring an inclusive atmosphere where every student can thrive.
What You Need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Specialist background in Drama, Theatre Studies, or Performing Arts across KS3 and KS4.
- Excellent stagecraft control, behaviour management skills, and SEN awareness.
- Current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
