Key Responsibilities:
Erecting timber and metal stud partitions.
Measuring, cutting, and fixing plasterboard to walls and ceilings.
Setting out door openings and service enclosures according to project drawings.
Requirements:
Valid CSCS Blue Card (Drylining or Carpentry trade).
3+ years of experience on residential refurbishment sites with checkable references.
Own 110v / Cordless kit (Drywall gun, laser level, hand tools, chopsaw), full PPE, and right to work in the UK.

We are looking for a physical, fast-paced, and fully self-reliant Dry Lining Fixer / Boarder for a housing refurbishment site in South London. You will be expected to set out studwork, cut, and board quickly without supervision while keeping up with tight refurbishment timelines.
