The Essentials
Location: Large commercial static site, London
Salary: £46,000 - £47,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (Rotating Weekly)
Early: 07:00 - 16:00
Late: 10:00 - 19:00
Standby/Callout: * £100 per week standby allowance.
1 week on / 1 week off rotation.
Minimum 4 hours pay guaranteed for any callout.
Key Responsibilities
Executing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across all electrical systems.
Fault-finding and repairing lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
Assisting with minor installations and project works as required.
Ensuring all work complies with the latest wiring regulations and health & safety standards.
Maintaining accurate digital logs and reporting on system health.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Pro: You hold relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) and your 18th Edition.
