Location: Static High-End Site, West London Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (No Call-Out)

We are seeking a professional and client-focused Electrical Maintenance Engineer to take responsibility for all electrical services at a prestigious, high-end commercial site. This is a standalone static role where you will be the primary electrical expert, ensuring the building is maintained to impeccable standards.
This is a rare opportunity to work in a high-spec environment, all while enjoying a stable Monday to Friday schedule with absolutely no call-out rota.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on all electrical systems.
Carry out servicing and repairs on lighting (emergency, LED, fluorescent), power distribution, single and three-phase systems.
Conduct statutory testing, including emergency light duration tests and fire alarm checks.
Utilise your multi-skilled abilities to perform basic maintenance on mechanical plant (e.g., filter changes on AHUs/FCUs) and minor fabric repairs.
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the building's high-profile tenants.
Oversee and issue permits to specialist sub-contractors when required.
Ensure all work is carried out in strict compliance with current Health & Safety legislation and the IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
Provide a first-class, client-facing service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour at all times.
The Ideal Candidate:
Must be a fully qualified Electrician, holding City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent electrical qualification).
Holds the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) qualification.
