Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Electrical bias Building Services Engineer to join our dedicated on-site team at a prestigious, high-end commercial office space in the heart of London's West End.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for a stable, static role with a great work-life balance and no call-out rota. You will be the go-to expert for all electrical systems, ensuring the resilience and safety of this landmark building.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on all electrical plant and systems.
Fault-finding, diagnostics, and repair on single and three-phase power, lighting systems (including emergency lighting), distribution boards, and final circuits.
Conducting statutory compliance checks such as emergency light testing and fire alarm tests.
Providing first-line response to basic mechanical issues, including filter changes on AHUs/FCUs and minor plumbing repairs.
Monitoring the Building Management System (BMS).
Maintaining accurate records and logs of all completed work.
Ensuring all work is carried out in strict compliance with current health and safety regulations.
The Ideal Candidate:
Fully qualified with an NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
Certified in BS 7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
