I am partnering with one of London's most iconic M&E providers in their search for an all round Electrician to join their fleet of skilled tradespeople on a a static project based in Marylebone. This is a great opportunity to work with one of London's most established M&E contractors who specialsie in FM, Installation and commercial restoration projects.
Key Role Responsibilities
Execute and manage all electrical installation works to the highest standard, ensuring strict adherence to the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
Undertake site surveys independently or with clients to accurately establish and define technical requirements, scope, and feasibility for new projects.
Utilize a strong working knowledge of lighting control systems, such as DALI and Exor, to assess client needs and contribute to efficient system design and specification.
Serve as the technical expert, synthesizing information gathered from surveys and providing clear, professional technical assessments and recommendations to Contracts Managers and clients.
Possess the expertise to ensure all installations meet the rigorous requirements of the NICEIC (or equivalent bodies).
Apply comprehensive knowledge derived from City & Guilds 2360, 2382, and Inspection & Testing (2391) qualifications to perform verification and prepare accurate final certification.
Maintain a consistent passion for producing high standards of work, actively contributing to client satisfaction and securing repeat business for the company.
Requirements
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in electrical Installations (essential)
- JIB Gold Card (Desirable)
- 18th Edition (Essential)
- Testing & Inspection - 2391 (desirable)
- Min. 3 years commericial installation experience
