- Full-Scale Long-Term Roles (£150 - £220 per day): Perfect for teachers wanting a permanent-style placement. These roles involve full curriculum planning, progress tracking, and parent consultations, paid at a higher daily rate to reflect your specialist commitment to the department.

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in English (or equivalent discipline).
