This role is ideal for a forward-thinking, senior leader who can stay current with data regulations and help evolve our privacy-by-design products
Key Responsibilities
● Customer Privacy Support: You will address privacy concerns from drivers, Works Councils, and other stakeholders, explaining our data access framework and guiding customers through our privacy compliance resources, including our
template DPIA.
● European Privacy Intelligence: You will monitor European data protection regulatory developments, assess their impact on our solutions, and gather customer feedback to help prioritize product enhancements. You will also
represent our privacy-by-design approach at industry conferences.
What We Are Looking For
● A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
● 10+ years of experience in European data protection/privacy (GDPR) frameworks and their practical implementation.
● A strong understanding of B2B SaaS privacy considerations.
● Experience in a customer-facing technical or consultative role.
● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred qualifications include:
● CIPP/E or a similar certification.
● Fluency in German, Dutch, or French.
● Experience in the transportation, logistics, or fleet management industry.
● Experience with privacy impact assessments or AI products and governance.
