European Sales Director (Individual Contributor)

Are you a highly driven and experienced Sales Director with a passion for pioneering new markets? We're seeking our first European Sales Director to establish our presence and drive growth across the UK and EU. This is a unique opportunity for an individual contributor to lay the foundation for our sales success, with a clear path to building and leading a team in the future.
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing deals with enterprise clients in the service and consulting sectors. You'll be instrumental in developing our sales strategy and shaping our future in Europe.
What you'll do:
Pioneer and execute sales strategy: Develop and implement a robust sales plan to achieve ambitious revenue targets across the UK and EU.
Identify and engage prospective enterprise clients: Conduct targeted lead generation and conversion efforts to identify and engage with key decision-makers.
Build and nurture strategic relationships: Establish strong rapport with potential enterprise clients, understanding their complex needs, and providing customized, high-value solutions.
Present compelling value: Articulate the features and benefits of our services, showcasing how they address specific client challenges and deliver significant ROI.
Negotiate and close high-value deals: Drive successful sales agreements that align with client expectations and company objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, client success) to ensure a seamless client experience and consistent messaging.
Manage client relationships: Maintain ongoing communication to strengthen partnerships and identify new opportunities for growth.
Contribute to service improvements: Provide valuable client feedback and market insights to enhance our offerings and competitiveness.
Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously develop your professional skills and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
What you'll bring:
7-10+ years of proven sales experience selling services and consultancy solutions, with a strong focus on enterprise clients, preferably within procurement outsourcing or a related field.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (both verbal and written in English).
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying complex client needs and offering tailored, actionable solutions.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and client relationships effectively.
A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and achieving high conversion rates.
The ability to balance persuasive selling with building trust and long-term, strategic client relationships.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, stay on top of client communications, and achieve sales goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Computer proficiency with various sales platforms, CRM data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
The flexibility to travel as required within the UK and EU.

Fluency in French or German is highly advantageous.
Certification or formal training in advanced sales methodologies, client relationship management, or consulting services.
Extensive experience working within procurement outsourcing or related industries, with the ability to understand and address the unique needs of large enterprise clients in this sector.
