We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to join our warm, supportive team. Your Day-to-Day Impact:
- Ignite Curiosity: Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, creative, and age-appropriate EYFS lessons.
- Targeted Support: Work 1-on-1 or with small groups to boost literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
- Create Magic Spaces: Help design an inclusive, exciting, and safe classroom where children feel confident to explore.
- Track the Journeys: Observe children's progress and collaborate with teachers and the SENCo to ensure no child is left behind.
- Build Lifelong Skills: Nurture the social, emotional, and physical development of young learners.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualifications: A Level 2 or 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience: Proven experience working with young children within an EYFS setting.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and child development phases.
- Traits: Excellent communication skills, a patient and proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for early years education.
