Key Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Early Years teaching qualification recognised in the UK.
- Demonstrable UK teaching experience within Nursery or Reception settings, showcasing a thorough understanding of the EYFS statutory framework.
- Confident ability to deliver engaging, play-based learning and conduct continuous observational assessment.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills suited to early learners.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to conduct a new check through Randstad).
