About the Role:
Are you a skilled Fabric Technician looking for stable, permanent work with a company vehicle supplied? We are looking for someone for our client in Cippenham and surrounding areas to deliver general residential building maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out routine building fabric repairs including minor carpentry, door locks/hinges, painting, patch plastering, and basic plumbing.
- Responding promptly to reactive maintenance requests and completing scheduled fabric inspections.
- Maintaining high health and safety standards on site while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fabric Technician, Handyman, or Multi-Skilled Operative.
- Solid practical trade skills across minor carpentry, plumbing, and fabric repairs.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential for company van insurance).
- NVQ / City & Guilds qualification in a primary trade (Carpentry, Building Maintenance, Multi-Trade) or time-served equivalent.
- CSCS Card (Skilled Worker Card).
- IPAF or PASMA certificates (desirable for working at height).
