We're looking for a motivated and strategic Field Marketing Manager to join our EMEA Applications Marketing team on a 12-month contract, supporting the UK and Ireland region. If you're passionate about building impactful marketing campaigns that align with sales priorities and deliver measurable results, this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Collaborate with the UK&I Field Marketing team to plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns.
- Drive demand generation, lead nurturing, and sales enablement activities.
- Work cross-functionally with global and regional teams to maintain a consistent campaign calendar.
Performance Reporting & Optimisation
- Monitor campaign performance across all channels; provide insight-driven analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure campaign results align with lead generation and pipeline goals.
- Share metrics and updates with sales and leadership stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, and other internal teams to align marketing initiatives with go-to-market strategies.
- Lead campaign briefings and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
- Support outbound sales efforts with tailored messaging and activation support.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage third-party vendors and media partners to maximise campaign reach and effectiveness.
About You
- 5+ years of experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns in a B2B environment (technology or public sector experience a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in business-level English.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Data-driven with experience in campaign analysis and reporting.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant marketing qualifications are a plus.
