Role Summary:
Support senior leadership in managing domestic and international finance operations.
Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with local and international tax, payroll, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee financial compliance across European sites, including VAT, employment laws, and intra-community transactions.
Ensure statutory compliance for all legal entities.
Lead and develop the finance team, prepare monthly accounts, and coordinate audits.
Manage working capital, including cash flow, treasury, invoicing, and FX transactions.
Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and insurance providers.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
Handle the negotiation and renewal of annual insurance requirements.
Key Requirements:
Professional accounting qualification.
Strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and work collaboratively within a team.
