Pay Rate: £15.96 per hour.
The Shift Pattern
12-hour shifts (6:00 AM/PM to 6:00 PM/AM) on a rotating basis including days, nights, and weekends. Week 1: 2 Days Work - 2 Days Off - 3 Days Work. Week 2: 2 Days Off - 2 Days Work - 3 Days Off.
Your Responsibilities
As a key member of the production team, your day-to-day will involve:
Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently.
Loading and unloading vehicles to keep the supply chain moving.
Maintaining strict adherence to Health and Safety processes.
Meeting high quality standards and customer demands in a timely manner.
What You'll Need
A valid FLT Counterbalance licence.
Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
