As a Forklift driver and Packaging associate, you will support the Warehouse & Logistics Manager in ensuring the seamless flow of goods. This is a critical onsite position focused on accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
Location: East Grinstead
Pay Rate: £13.46 per hour (Equivalent to an annual salary of £26,596.96)
Contract Duration: 3 months
Work Schedule: 38 hours per week
Mon - Thur: 8:15 am to 5:00 pm, Fri: 8:15 am to 3:00 pm (Enjoy an early start to your weekend!)
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will involve a variety of warehouse and logistics tasks, including:
Picking, packing, labelling, and loading shipments for delivery.
Handling Goods In/Out, organising storage areas for finished products and components, and conducting stock counts.
Generating shipping documents such as invoices and Certificates of Origin (CofO).
Operating Forklifts (Counterbalance and Reach trucks) and performing basic maintenance checks.
Maintaining high standards of Health and Safety and following GTC screening processes for visitors and orders

We need a reliable team player who meets the following criteria:
Basic computer literacy and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Ability/certification to operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.
High attention to detail for order processing and filing system maintenance.
