Pay: £20.20 - £22.45 per hour
Job Type: Temporary, Ongoing contract
Working Hours & Shift Patterns:
This position operates on double days (rotating mornings and afternoons) or night shifts. Full flexibility across all shift patterns is required.
Monday - Wednesday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
Thursday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
Friday: Off (no shift unless overtime is requested)
Monday - Wednesday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Thursday: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
Friday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
Monday - Wednesday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
Thursday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Friday: Off (no shift unless overtime is requested)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, manufacture, and dispatch diverse food products within a fast-paced production setting.
- Operate production line machinery and handle tasks across the plant floor.
- Assist with the movement and handling of raw ingredients, finished goods, and packaged products.
- Collaborate closely with your team to uphold high product quality and hygiene standards.
- Adapt to cross-training and deployment across different factory units as operational needs change.
Requirements
- Desirable: Prior experience working in food manufacturing, production, or factory environments.
- Reliable travel arrangements to and from the site in Wigan (WN5 0LB).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously.
- Full flexibility to work across rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
