Health & Safety Coach (Fixed Term)

The Opportunity
Health and Safety is our number one priority. Based at our Stockton-on-Tees fabrication facility, you will play a vital role in our safety vision. You will be expected to advise, encourage, and train colleagues to maintain a safe environment within a successful, sustainable business.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one or team coaching on health, safety, and environmental (HSE) issues.
- Offer hands-on support for Rapid Improvement Workshops, new equipment introductions, and area relocations.
- Assist supervisors with risk assessments, incident investigations, and the delivery of training packages.
- Participate in departmental safety and continuous improvement meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience raising safety-related continuous improvement cards and participating in HSE meetings.
- Confidence to deliver training while mentoring and coaching employees.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage your own workload and time.
- Preferred: NEBOSH or IOSH certifications.

- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Contract: Fixed Term (1 Year)
