The Role
As a trusted HR partner, you will deliver both operational excellence and strategic support. You will:
Manage complex and high-volume employee relations casework, including disciplinaries and grievances.
Lead on organizational change, including restructures and TUPE transfers.
Coach and mentor senior leaders to strengthen people management capability.
Analyse workforce data to inform initiatives regarding retention and staff engagement.
Design and deliver bespoke HR training to build leadership excellence.

Your Profile
Qualified: CIPD qualified or equivalent professional experience.
Experienced: Significant experience at an HRBP or Senior Advisory level within a complex organization.
Expert: Deep knowledge of employment law and experience managing change management projects.
Analytical: Ability to translate workforce data into practical improvement plans.
