Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations and supported by a dedicated HR Assistant, you will coordinate the transfer of up to 800 employees. You will be the primary point of contact for this transition, ensuring all legal requirements are met while maintaining a people-first approach that aligns with our commitment to educational excellence.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with school leadership teams, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the consultation period.
Site Presence: Conduct regular visits to our schools in Essex to support staff and management in person; being within a commutable distance of Essex is highly desirable.
About You

Strategic & Operational Balance: The ability to handle high-level organisational design alongside the practical coordination of a large workforce.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders through significant change.
Proactive Nature: A self-starter who can hit the ground running within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
The Organisation
You will be joining a high-performing central HR team dedicated to social mobility and transforming life chances for young people. We offer a collaborative environment where expertise is valued and where your work will directly contribute to the stability and success of our schools.
