What You Will Do:
Operational Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to site leaders on HR policies, performance, and employment legislation.
Employee & Labor Relations: Confidently manage day-to-day and complex ER cases (grievances, disciplinaries) and work collaboratively with Trade Union representatives.
HR Systems & Analytics: Own data accuracy and absence tracking within Workday, using data-driven insights to advise senior leaders on retention and turnover trends.
Workforce Planning: Lead succession planning and talent mapping activities to equip the site for future growth.
Coaching.
