Static HVAC Engineer
Location: Kettering
Salary: £42,000 per annum + Overtime
Hours: Monday - Friday | Early Shift (07:00-15:00 or 07:30-15:30) | 40 hrs/week
On-Call: Fully Optional Rota (£190/week standby allowance)
We are seeking a skilled Static HVAC Engineer to oversee site HVAC operations, conduct fault-finding, and ensure statutory compliance for a key facility in Kettering. Enjoy a great work-life balance with early weekday finishes and a completely optional on-call rota.

Key Responsibilities
- PPMs & Reactive Maintenance: Carry out planned maintenance and handle breakdowns across HVAC and associated plant.
- Fault-Finding & BMS: Diagnose VRV/VRF system issues and monitor BMS controls to manage site temperature and humidity.
- Compliance & CAFM: Use mobile CAFM systems to manage work orders and track statutory compliance.
- Site Support: Supervise contractors and assist with minor electrical and building fabric tasks.
Requirements
- Valid F-Gas Certification (City & Guilds 2079 / Cat 1).
- NVQ Level 2/3 or recognized apprenticeship in Mechanical/HVAC/Electrical.
- Strong background in VRV/VRF fault-finding and plant maintenance.
- Familiarity with CAFM systems and BMS monitoring.
