Salary: £105,000 - £115,000pa DOE
Location: West London
Responsibilities:
- Leads the planning, renewal, and expansion of key building services, including power, water, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), and data networks
- Reliable, continuous performance is maintained across all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, with downtime kept to a minimum.
- Keeps operations aligned with applicable building codes,environmental requirements, health regulations, and safety legislation.
- Oversees budgets for capital projects and facility operations, alongside the management of external contractors and suppliers.
- Through energy-efficiency measures, green technologies, and carbon-reduction programmes, lowers operating costs and environmental impact.
Requirements:
- Expereince within Life Sciences or some knowledge (ISO/ISO8/Clean Rooms)
- Hard Services experience & knowledge.
