Job Title: IPAF Operator (Cherry Picker / MEWP)
Location: Isle of Grain, Kent
Shift Pattern: Night Shift | 17:00 - 03:00 (10 hours/shift)
Duration: Ongoing contract
Pay Rate: Time and a half (Overtime/Night Rate)
Position Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced IPAF Operator to join an ongoing project based on the Isle of Grain. This is a dedicated night shift role operating cherry pickers/MEWPs across various site tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Safe operation of cherry pickers (MEWP 3b) on site during night operations.
- Carrying out pre-use checks and daily maintenance logs on machinery.
- Assisting trade teams on site from height as required.
- Maintaining strict compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Essential Requirements
- IPAF Ticket (3b / Cherry Picker) - Must be valid and up-to-date.
- CSCS Card - Valid card required for site access.
- Experience: Proven experience operating MEWPs in a commercial or industrial site environment.
- Availability: Ability to commit to full 17:00 - 03:00 night shifts on an ongoing basis.
- Transport: Own transport recommended due to location and shift timings.
Desirable Qualifications
- Fire Warden Qualification (Not mandatory, but a strong advantage).
