IT Operations Analyst - Onsite - Northwich - Contract

We are currently looking for a motivated IT Operations Analyst to join our team! đĽď¸âĄ
đ Your ResponsibilitiesAs an IT Operations Analyst, you will be the face of local and remote tech support, ensuring our regional infrastructure runs flawlessly. Your daily tasks will include:
- đ ď¸ Tech Support: Provide 2nd level IT support to onsite and remote end-users.
- đ Troubleshooting: Use basic analysis techniques to resolve incidents and assist with root-cause analysis.
- đĽď¸ Remote & Onsite Care: Utilize remote control software (Bomgar) while also being available for onsite walk-in assistance.
- đŁď¸ Customer Service: Use your strong communication skills during regular interactions with IT users.
- đ¤ Collaboration: Work closely with project team members, support functions, external partners, and vendors.
- đ ITIL Compliance: Conform to ITIL processes, ensure efficient incident resolution, and maintain proper system logging.
- âď¸ System Maintenance: Execute hardware and software change requests and install/maintain local infrastructure as needed.
Must-Haves (Experience & Hard Skills):
- âł Experience: At least 2 years of IT experience in a technical customer support role.
- đą Tech Stack Mastery: Solid familiarity with:
- Windows 11 & MS O365 đ
- Mobile Phone Support (Android & iOS) đą
- Remote Software (Bomgar) đąď¸
- Local Client Configurations (MS Intune, SAP GUI) đď¸
- VPN, remote, and wireless connectivity maintenance đś
- Incident Management tools (ServiceNow preferred) đď¸
Soft Skills & Education:
- â¤ď¸ Soft Skills: Exceptional, customer-service-based mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- đ Education: A degree in Computer Sciences or Informatics is preferred, but experience is highly valued over a formal degree.
